The Crusade for Staff Wellness (and the oneED program)
This 15-minutes presentation described the oneED program: why we need it; why it’s working; how to sustain/expand it. The program poses a real and tangible opportunity to empower our staff with respect to their own wellness, to enhance their sense of value and recognition by the organisation.
It also presents an opportunity to demonstrate to our community that the organisation is responding to public concern over the wellbeing of healthcare workers. A healthy health service provides for a healthy community.
