A 15-minute talk at a fund-raiser luncheon for Livin on why wellness should matter to us, and how connection can contribute.
Livin is a community that is an extension of family and promotes the message that It Ain’t Weak to Speak. It encourages others towards self-care and speaking up with the intent to help people to become better versions of themselves.
