Invited speaker – opening address for the Junior Doctor Series 2023.
In this talk, Shahina used the structure of the RMO Campaign Reference form (from Clinical Skills and Knowledge Base to Professional and Ethical Behaviour) to frame the kinds of skills and attributes that medical students and junior doctors may pay attention to in order to perform well during their rotations and to enhance their garnering of a robust reference each year! For each category she shared the wisdom obtained from a range of colleagues based on their own experience.
